This is great for busy schedules! In this 10 minute interval class KICKBOXINGHIIT Interval class – you will do core, kicks, punches and more. During the 15 seconds recovery and there are positive affirmations after each interval. When you are fatigued, you are more susceptible to suggestion – SUPER female fitness motivation 2020 !!!
