Welcome your day with Yoga and Pilates in this Morning Flow Series Yoga Pilates Fusion. Try out this Morning Flow 20 minute fusion of pilates and yoga 🌞 ! Welcome your day and open your heart 💗 with Yoga and / or Pilates this morning.
All you need is a mat optional are dumb bells. In this 20 minute flow, you will do yummy yoga stretches and full body strengthening poses. Yoga and Pilates compliment each other.
This is great for a busy schedule. This is a new morning series challenge by Body Illumination!
Most of these exercises are suitable for beginning level students providing they listen to the visual and verbal prompts and modify as needed. If you are interested in beginner class check out this series.
