IMMERSE YOURSELF in a NEW YOU…  This is a great yoga when you can’t sleep. In this journey you will discover a new night time routine. I love Yin Yoga paired with sleep. It helps us cross through that beautiful threshold from wake to sleep. It is a pathway of exploration.

We will practice Yin Yoga, nerve flossing, breath work and vagal nerve exercises – in bed.

YIN YOGA FUSION FLOW ON YOUTUBE

The FUSION classes are a delicious combination of VINYASA FLOW and/or PILATES and/or YIN YOGA- complimenting each other to make a unique recipe. The benefits of each overlap.  All of these practices help with flexibility and breath awareness.  Pilates helps us to relearn movement patterns and postural imbalances.  Vinyasa helps with building muscles, balance and strength.  Yin is very effective will both the physical and emotional release which are so closely linked together.   There are loads of benefits for each.

CHAIR YOGA ON YOUTUBE 

The chair is a useful prop to help with accessing the body and helpful for mobility. It is also a great beginner or if you are at chair at work and need to rejuvenate.   Chair yoga for back pain is wonderful venue for mobility issues.

Yin Yoga unto itself is not dangerous to practice -on the contrary it has many benefits. If you have osteoporosis, you should exercise caution and/or get a doctor’s approval.
