EVENING YOGA FLOW Series
Do you ever feel stuck in your body? Sometimes our emotions get trapped along with ideas, cravings, thoughts, tightness and fatigue. Free yourself and free your body. In this 30 minute yoga flow, you will prepare yourself for a calm evening and a great night sleep.

Have you ever said I need to reset my day? Oh, well I will start tomorrow? Do not wait until tomorrow. This series will reset your day, reset your vibration and balance your body with this evening flow series.
Welcome your evening with the EVENING FLOW SERIES. All you need is a mat and a couple of yoga blocks. In this 30 minute flow, you will do yummy yoga stretches and full body strengthening poses. This is great for a busy schedule.
Most of these exercises are suitable for beginning level students providing they listen to the visual and verbal prompts and modify as needed. If you are interested in beginner class check out this series.
