I am always at how well pilates compliments yoga and fitness. . Whether doing yoga or kickboxing, pilates trains the body so differently and in such a way that everything is improved from your posture to your golf swing! ???

In this 20 Pilates Mat work, Rebekah will guide you through an intermediate pilates mat workout while toning abdominals, hips, thighs and lengthening the legs and spine. Welcome to Body Illumination! This is an intermediate pilates class so some basic knowledge and experience of Pilates is recommended. Beginners will be able to follow with visual and verbal prompts but should do modifications, take breaks and watch visuals.
