FarInfrared Sauna Bathing

Celebrities love them, studies have shared their benefits, it is relaxing and soothing… SAUNAS!  Specifically, we are discussing farinfrared sauna bathing and my experience with a Portable Personal Sauna.  I am not a doctor.  But see for yourself in the studies linked below that I have researched.  SAUNAS have a lot to offer.  I decided to look for something portable.

When the body is in heat, a stress response is created in the body and the stress mechanisms are activated in the body.  This is a benefit of exercise also.  The heat in particular activates heat shock proteins (a class of genes makes these).  They are a class of proteins activated by heat.  They are able to prevent a certain amount of damage that happens at the cellular level.  They are activated for a long period of time sometimes up to two weeks.  Regular sauna use can change your life and matches with the premise of Epigenetic and some of Nutrigenomics.
