If you are looking for more mobility, strength and flexibility, pilates is a great way to start and this is a quick exercise video to squeeze into your morning. Joe said, “Pilates is complete coordination of body, mind and spirit.” YOU NEED A MAT AND IT IS SUGGESTED TO HAVE 2 BLOCKS AND LIGHT DUMB BELLS (BUT NOT NECESSARY)

Most of these exercises are suitable for beginning level students providing they listen to the visual and verbal prompts and modify as needed.

The class begin right away but you may fast forward to 1:55 to begin practice.
